The terms and conditions of use of the website www.pop-i.ro (hereinafter reffered to as “Terms and Conditions”) set out which are the conditions under which each person can visit or access the website www.pop-i.ro (hereinafter reffered to as “The Site”), or may use, in any way, the services offered through the Website (the “Service”), and has the value of an agreements concluded between S.C. PROTECTIONS OBJECTIVES PERSONS & INFORMATIONS S.R.L. – POP&I, (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), as Owner and Administrator of the Website and as Provider of the Service, and any person visiting or accessing the Website or who wants to use in any way or actually uses the Service (hereinafter referred to as “User”). The non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or of any provision thereof, draws the obligation of that person to stop accessing the Website, and the access or visit of the Website, of any page thereof and / or the use of the Service, and of any component thereof, constitutes a full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of any of its stipulations.

Informative note concerning the processing of personal data

According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data, as modified and completed, and Law. 506/2004 concerning the processing of personal data and privacy in electronic communications sector, the Company will administrate in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, personal data supplied by Users. By Terms and Conditions the Users are informed that the personal data they provide are processed in order to provide, in optimum conditions by the Company of the Internet Services.

Personal data are provided by Users when contacting the Website Administrator to request Services.

Materials and information accessible through this Website

The content and graphical elements of the Website, including but not limited to these, the entire text content and the technical sources of all present and future services and facilities, unless another owner is otherwise expressly mentioned, the page sources, as well as any other material, transmitted in any form by and to the Users (by direct viewing on the website, newsletters etc.) belong to the Company and its partners and represents the content of the website.

At any time the Company may conduct publicity campaigns and / or promotions in any section of the website. The conducted campaigns and promotions does not require the consent of the visitors of the website. The spaces and the size of advertising campaigns and promotions does not require the visitor’s consent and can be changed at any time without requiring prior announcement.

Limitation of Liability

Specifically, the Users of the Website agree to exempt from liability the Company against any judicial or extra-judicial action, which comes as a result of misuse or fraudulent use of the Website.

For Force Majeure, the Company and its representatives are totally exempt from liability. The force majeure cases include, but not limited to malfunctioning of technical equipment of the Company, lack of functioning of the Internet connection, lack of functioning of the telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to the systems of the Website, operational errors, etc.

The purpose of this website is to provide general information. This Website should only be used to obtain general information.

www.pop-i.ro, the Company and all its collaborators whose information can be found on the Website, cannot be held liable for any damage/loss of any kind.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

The Company has the right to modify at any time and in any way any provision of the Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions entirely, without any prior notice and without having to fulfill any other formality in relation to the Users. Any amendment is fully and unconditionally accepted by the Users of the Website, by simply using or accessing the Website, occurred any time after performing the change, and not accepting any amendment triggers a requirement that the User to stop accessing the Website and / or to use the Service in any way.

Applicable law Legal proceedings

The rights and obligations of the users of the Website and of the Company, provided by the Terms and Conditions, and all legal effects these Terms and Conditions produce, shall be construed and governed in accordance with the Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising from/or in connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be settled amicably. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the Romanian court, jurisdiction in the territorial area of Ilfov County.
